Rooms - Functional Design
We think that really good design should be functional, too. We followed this philosophy when designing the rooms of our hotel in Planegg near Munich. With great attention to detail, we have furnished them to be not only tasteful and modern, but also smart.
Each design element has its purpose, and the ellipsoidal shape of the building gives every room a futuristic feel. Thanks to the generous room dimensions, our rooms and suites are also excellent for long-term stays. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is of course included in your stay!

Our conference area also meets state of the art demands in terms of functionality, design and technology. Light-flooded meeting and conference rooms in Munich of various sizes lay the foundation for productive meetings and business events in Munich Großhadern. On the seventh floor of the hotel near Planegg you will find a stylish retreat with a terrace, bar and an incredible panoramic view of the Munich countryside.
Restaurant SEVEN AND MORE
The futuristic design of our hotel also continues in our restaurant. The SEVEN AND MORE is a real insider tip in Munich's Großhadern district and delights with predominantly light dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant's dishes are just as innovative as our design hotel. With a lot of love and creativity, the kitchen team is constantly developing the menu.
Directions & Location
The IZB Residence CAMPUS AT HOME is a real eye-catcher on the Martinsried campus, not far from the Klinikum Großhadern in Munich. As one of the most modern design hotels in the city, the 27-metre-high building impresses with its clear architecture and futuristic features.
The CAMPUS AT HOME is easy to reach by car as well as by public transport.
